This big guy is Blastoise from the Pokemon series. And he's an oldie, too! Made by Play by Play, this stuffed Pokemon is quite large (see pics with ruler in them)! His water cannons are made of a special, pleather-like material to give him some realism apart from the plush. He's firmly packed with what feels like Styrofoam pellets or balls, which would be the usual stuffing for a vintage Boardwalk plush. 

He has no swing or tush tag. 

This guy has been seen for sale on eBay for up to $70! He's not commonly seen around (the more common plush folks won - and wanted -- was the Charizard).

Give him a home today! He'd make an awesome gift for a Pokemon fan for Christmas or the Holidays in general
